The parents has decided to rent a unit for their kids who now wants to have some space while studying in Makati City. A one bedroom was rented in Belton Place.
Mom and daughter relayed their decision to rent for one year in the university belt. The daughter liked the amenities and the gym while mom was so happy that they got a good deal.
Mezza has a series of issues with some landlords facing leaks in their units. Luckily we are on top of all the requirements and helped our landlord make her unit habitable and profitable. We showed the before and after videos of the unit. We also had it rented out.
