The Rise – Rising ( number? ) stories above the most promising area in Makati City, Shang Properties has been very successful from the pre-construction marketing up to the turnover of this project. It has everything that you wish for under your condo; upscale restuarants, cafe, Shangrila hospitality. There is a scarce volume of properties for sale in this project. It just means that investors liked this property as a part of their portfolio in the long term.

Avida Asten – If you mention Ayala to an investor, they would first think about the location of Makati City where it all started.
