The close of the first quarter brought a renewed sense of optimism, as we saw a steady rise in demand for rental properties located closer to people’s workplaces. Exhausting commutes from our clients in areas like Quezon City, Antipolo, Laguna, Cavite, and even provinces beyond Luzon have pushed many professionals to reconsider where they live—making proximity and convenience a top priority.

This shift has significantly increased the value of our services. In response, we began testing new marketing strategies across our social media platforms. The result? Our closing percentage has been lower than expected since a mismatch in the needs of the prospect and our inventory is inevitable since units come and some we’re added in the mix as well. Also, tenant preferences is still a factor, that is why we just have to communicate with our landlords on potential requests to make the deal happen.
