I woke up trying to hold on to a dream that felt vivid. But like most dreams, it slipped away before I can even remember it. Not long after, reality sets in. I start thinking about the listings I’ll be marketing today and the clients I need to respond to, especially those who reached out overnight looking for rental properties around Metro Manila. Implementing this new ad has given us 40% more leads since we ran it. Some prospects are just trolling around… some we’re even asking for money… and few we’re legitimate people who are serious buyers or inquiries and what we can call a ” warm lead. “
After a few energizing rounds of pickleball yesterday, I turned in early and woke up ready to move.
First thing I did was respond to six new inquiries that came through Abba Realty ( and our socials ) while I was offline. A simple introduction can go a long way in opening doors literally and figuratively. Getting plenty of leads, I have to send a canned text message to prospects who inquired and make a general introduction about our company:

Before diving fully into the day, I take a moment to pause, say a prayer, and express gratitude.
