Barangay San Antonio is one of the seven (7) barangays comprising the Westside Cluster or Cluster 2. It has a land area of 895,800 square meters which occupies 3.3%of the City’s total land area. Based on the 2015 census of population released by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), San Antonio has 16,840 residents with a percentage share of 2.89% of the City’s population with a density of 19 persons per 1,000 square meters.

San Antonio is bounded Barangay La Paz in the north, Barangays Pio Del Pilar and San Lorenzo in the south, Barangays Sta. Cruz and Bel- Air in the east, and Barangay Palanan in the west.

The Rise – Rising ( number? ) stories above the most promising area in Makati City, Shang Properties has been very successful from the pre-construction marketing up to the turnover of this project. It has everything that you wish for under your condo; upscale restuarants, cafe, Shangrila hospitality. There is a scarce volume of properties for sale in this project. It just means that investors liked this property as a part of their portfolio in the long term.

  1. Avida Asten – If you mention Ayala to an investor, they would first think about the location of Makati City where it all started. Coming from the early 90’s of developing projects ( Projects in Makati done in the 90s by Ayala ) up to the year 2000s ( Projects in Makati done by 2000 to 2012 ), Ayala has added the Avida brand to accommodate the middle income market. Back in the late 90s, we only think of Ayala Land as home for the select few. Now they have given the Filipino a chance to own a property in this booming district.
