For the past few months, it has been a challenge to finds units for lease in San Antonio Village area of Makati City. The continuous development and additional business generated through online gaming and IT development has allowed us to get a healthy share of the tenants looking for a place near their offices. We have added some more clients, but the problem is we cannot provide them with the units. This has allowed our landlords to increase their rental rates.
However, it is not the only reason for the change. Some owners we’re aware of the train regulations while some developments require new fees for the completion of the titling of the project.
These cost are just carried over to maintain their investment returns. All of these factors just add up to bustling development in Makati City.
