Among our Makati prospects, Salcedo Village and Legazpi Village remained popular choices, particularly for those whose offices are nearby. For these renters, being closer to work was an important consideration when comparing options in Bel-Air, San Lorenzo Village, and San Antonio Village.

The recurring question was simple: how much is a shorter commute worth?

Some renters prioritized proximity, while others were comfortable living farther from the office to find a home that better matched their budget and space requirements. Our October conversations were a reminder that the right rental depends on each tenant’s priorities.

A Birthday, a Cake, and a Grateful Heart

October is also my birth month. As usual, I kept the celebration simple… a charot cake ( as I call it. ) to satisfy my sweet tooth and a moment to thank God for another year.

More than anything, I’m grateful for another year of adventures, challenges, and opportunities to grow.

Celebrating Leon’s Engagement

Another happy moment this month was my good friend Leon’s engagement!

I affectionately call him the “Drama King,” but he’s also my pick for the best Italian chef. Now, if only I could convince him to make pineapple pizza although he remains firmly opposed to giving pineapple a place in Italian cuisine! I guess I have to let him try the Jolli Spaghetti.

Congratulations, Leon, and to the happy couple! Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and yummy cuban pizzas… with or without pineapple.
