Traffic everywhere it rains…

The 2nd week of August 2026 has been very challenging for our staff as we halted some showings due to the non stop rains going in Metro Manila.

Daily commuters has faced the challenge with hours of travel time comparable to their work hours… Aside from that, the challenge to walk in the flooded waters. Just take a look at these links:

These floods are getting out of hand. No wonders there we’re a lot of inquiries from disgruntled professionals and employees who would like to be near their workplace. As a property management team, this is not how we would like to retain business but it just shows that the lack of organization to solve traffic and the floods only affects everyone including our citizens.
