25/98: From owners… to renters. ( A heart to heart talk with one of our clients )

Inflation has affected everyone worldwide. It has brought increasing challenges to every Filipino. From the price of gasoline to food and recurring expenses ( electricity and water ). But nonetheless, we still find a way to smile through all these problems.

I had the privilege of getting in a conversation with one of our tenants. She has moved from Tayuman to Makati City for the convenience of staying near her workplace. This would cut out her travel expenses and willl give her a chance to spend time with her loved ones.

Taking advantage of the affordable rental pricing, she snagged one of our condominium units in exchange of her rent to own property in Tayuman. It is heartbreaking to let go of a property that was mortgaged to reach the goal of owning it. But sometimes, we have to be practical and take advantage of the cheap monthly amortizations before rates increase. Covid restrictions has been deregulated and face to face meetings from the schools to the offices are now planned for the upcoming year.
