Last Thursday, we checked another unit, this time in Grace Residences. It is a new development from SMDC. Most of the amenities that we saw is still under construction. As of this tripping most of the amenities are not yet functional. This includes the pools and the nearby commercial area. However the gym and the functions rooms are ready. This is a good opportunity to get a unit, brand new and a lower rental rate. Considering that this property offers more 1 bedroom units then it surrounding development in Acacia Estates, units here would be ideal for couples and professionals working in BGC, Ortigas and Makati who doesn’t mind the short-drive.
