Just the past few weeks, we have been very active in showing our clients some units in Jazz and Belton Place.

Its not yet the start of the “ Ber” months, but we have closed transactions with our lessees on at least one to two years contract. We are gathering our new corporate accounts to help their employees find their homes within the city.

Again,  our clients who listed with us enjoy the active search for tenants by our leasing coordinators. Not to mention, a hands on approach to our lessees with their concerns. You can even see Arra Mae, making sure that the clients move in hassle free.

The rains sure made a lot of rescheduled appointments, but so far, we are glad to serve our new tenants in their unit.
