his help & significant effort in lowering my interest rate from RCBC.
I was not prepared to hear the news that the interest rate of my mortgage loan doubled from 5.5% to 10.5% without advance notification. I thought for once that it is not possible but the banking system in the Philippines is a lot different here in the US.
