Outskirt barangays such as San Antonio, San Lorenzo, and Bel‑Air are seeing healthy demand from renters who want to stay close to Makati but secure either a larger living area or a lower monthly rent. Professionals like lawyers, doctors, and employees from BPO and IT firms are actively scheduling viewings, helped by hybrid work and the desire to cut commute times as holiday traffic builds. These neighborhoods offer a compelling balance between space, price, and access to the CBD.
