Initially, they thought about staying in another area, ( more specifically in San Lazaro ) however, they’re not familiar with the surroundings even if there son lives there. So, our client inquired and he wanted something that is in the lower floor, a community where it is fully amenitized ( pool, gym, walking path, Strip Mall )

Luckily, we still have one unit available that sits on the lower floor. Right there and then, we scheduled his walkthrough. As usual, there’s a sayjng that “ old habits die hard ”. Our client, being a hardworking balikbayan, he has a full schedule ahead and we tried to make time for him to check the property and be settled very soon.
