We also schedule property viewings for later in the day.

11:00 AM to 1:00 PM – Nurturing Buyer and Tenant Leads

This is when we focus on our buyer and tenant database. With 100–120 new leads every month, we dedicate time to nurture each one—setting appointments, answering questions, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. Our goal? Turn every lead into a successful transaction.

1:00 to 2:00 PM – Team Lunch and Market Insights

Lunch is more than just a meal—it’s a chance to share insights and discuss market trends with the team. Whether it’s at a local favorite or an upscale restaurant, these gatherings help us stay connected and energized, ready to tackle the afternoon. We also make it a point to lunch with our clients as shown in the photo above.

2:00 to 6:00 PM – Closing Deals and Client Meetings

Afternoons are reserved for action: property tours, client meetings, and resolving any issues tenants may have. Thanks to our morning calls, our schedule is packed with appointments—often leading to successful closings or new opportunities for our clients.

6:00 PM Onwards – Reflect, Recharge, and Build Relationships

The day winds down with dinner—sometimes with clients, sometimes with the team. It’s a time to reflect on the day’s successes, unwind, and strengthen relationships. Good food, live music, and great company are the perfect way to end a productive day.
