As we close out the first half of the year, we’ve seen a surge in inquiries, with 112 requests coming in. Notably, half of these are for condominiums in Makati City, with two-thirds specifically targeting Salcedo and Legazpi Village.

Pet friendly Units in High Demand

Our staff has observed an increase in inquiries from potential tenants with small pets. This presents a challenge, as most of our current inventory restricts pet ownership. In response, we’re actively working to add more pet-friendly units to our listings in the coming weeks.

University Belt Properties Gaining Traction

Outside of Makati, we’re seeing growing interest in areas near the “University Belt,” particularly around the DLSU campus. Parents are proactively seeking units in anticipation of their children’s academic needs. If you’re interested in this area, we recommend scheduling an appointment soon to secure a suitable property.

Southern Metro Manila: Furnished Units and Amenities in Demand

For condos in the south (Bicutan and Alabang), inquiries are focusing on furnished properties with larger floor areas. Work-from-home employees are particularly interested in complexes with robust amenities for personal entertainment and recreation.

Quezon City: A Mix of Upscale and Student-Friendly Options

Our Quezon City inventory is now limited to 2 units that cater to the upscale market. Our affordable units was rented quickly especially the area near the MRT and LRT 2 priced at P 15000.00. Our last remaining unit in Sun Residences will be picked up soon as we are just awaiting negotiations from the 2 parties.
