For our condominium rental lurkers, here is the list of our available units consolidated into one flyer.

As of Feb. 13, 2024, 35 listings are available and 3 are under negotiations (with incomplete requirements). During the two weeks, we facilitated extensions in their contracts and scheduled ocular viewings for new listings. Next week, we plan to generate videos and photos as part of marketing our listings to our corporate accounts.

The final 2 weeks of February are dedicated to product knowledge and finalizing exclusive rights to selling the properties of our clients. This is to prepare for another set of events outside the PHILIPPINES. The sellers have to be open to alternative payment terms that would only allow them to add more options to prospective buyers.

We are looking for marketing partners looking to affiliate and promote our listings. We will update that section very soon as we conclude the dates of various presentations. While brainstorming, we ordered some motivational fried RICE for our next marketing efforts.
