Here are some of the properties that we have outside of Makati City.

As seen from the flyer above, we have an increase in our inventory for Amaia Skies Shaw. One of our IT companies has transferred to Pasay City allowing a lower demand for our investors in Shaw and Mandaluyong area. We also expect more negotiating power for the renters in the coming weeks. Our landlords in Pasay will be enjoying the increase in demand for their properties. The first week of February 2024, we have 110 inquiries in the Taft and Manila area. Most of the calls that we receive are professionals in the IT industry, entrepreneurs, and foreign nationals.
