Happy New Year everyone! Market for long term lease has been heating up in the Mall of Asia Complex area. Unlike the 4th quarter of 2023, it has been a little slow with the exit of some international companies. Rental values are slightly lower, but we should see an uptick in locals with their interest on renting a property in the area.

Manila Bay has been growing every year. A township that can compete with the likes of Bonifacio Global City. New offices that feature advanced green technology and a live – work- play concept will only increase the traffic in the area. Thus, requiring more housing activities to supply the needs of the locale.
