ABBA 98 Realty & Dev. Corp. was incorporated on July 25, 2006. We are engaged in real estate and buy-and-sell of selected projects within the Philippines.
The name “ABBA” which means “Father” came from the core sister company, ABBA PERSONNEL SERVICES, INC., and “98” marks the very first year the recruitment agency business operated. The owner, Carlos Nestor Flores, is a licensed real estate broker.
The patriarch saw the need for affordable housing to offer for our Filipinos working abroad and he eventually decided to select different projects that would cater to the overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and offer them assistance in terms of the following:
